Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 26, 2026

This policy describes how Frogsline (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Service. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we don’t collect

We do not operate user accounts at this time. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, payment details, or any other personal information to use the indicator. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics.

What we do collect

  • LocalStorage. Your browser stores your selected ticker and theme preference locally. This data never leaves your device and we cannot access it.
  • Contact form submissions. If you voluntarily submit the contact form, we store the name, email, and message you provide, along with the IP address of the request and a timestamp, so we can respond and detect abuse. We do not share these submissions with third parties.
  • Stripe checkout (paid customers only). If you purchase a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. Stripe collects the information needed to process the payment (including your email and billing address) and shares the email and a transaction reference back to us so we can grant you access. We never see or store your card details. Stripe’s own privacy policy governs the data they collect.

Our hosting infrastructure may keep short-lived operational logs (for example, request errors) that can include IP addresses. We do not maintain long-term access logs of who visits the site.

Third parties

To fetch price data we make server-side requests to public market data providers (for example, Binance, KuCoin, Alpaca, and Yahoo Finance). These requests do not include any personal information about you.

Your choices

You can clear your browser’s localStorage at any time to reset preferences. You can stop using the Service at any time. If you have submitted the contact form and want your submission removed, reach us via the contact form and we’ll delete it.

EU / UK residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and you submit the contact form, the resulting record (name, email, message, IP, timestamp) constitutes personal data under the GDPR / UK GDPR. We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry and detecting abuse, and we retain it only as long as needed for those purposes (typically no more than 24 months).

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the contact form and we’ll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The only personal information we collect about California residents is what they voluntarily submit through the contact form (name, email, message, IP, timestamp). If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we have collected about you, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise them, contact us via the contact form.

Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
