Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Frogsline website and the Frogline market direction indicator (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Frogsline (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Not Financial Advice

Frogsline is a simple visual indicator that plots a line based on standard moving averages of publicly available price data. It provides no trading recommendations, strategies, or interpretations.

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on Frogsline constitutes investment, financial, trading, legal, or tax advice. The Frogline indicator is a technical tool — not a recommendation. Do not treat any signal, chart, or output as a directive to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any indicator or asset does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Before acting on any information you see here, consult a qualified licensed professional.

1a. No Performance Claims

We do not claim any win rate, profitability, accuracy percentage, or backtested performance for the Frogline indicator. Any charts, screenshots, or examples shown on the Service or in our marketing are for illustration purposes only and do not represent real trading results.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Data Sources

Price data is sourced from third-party providers (for example, Binance, KuCoin, Alpaca, and Yahoo Finance). We do not control these sources and make no warranty that data is accurate, complete, or timely. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, harvest, or automate requests beyond normal use; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Frogline indicator logic or any proprietary component; (c) interfere with the operation of the Service; or (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

The Frogline indicator, algorithms, code, branding, and visual design are owned by Frogsline. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frogsline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or trading losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

8. Early Supporter Purchase (closed)

This offer is no longer available to new buyers. The clauses below remain in force for users who purchased an Early Supporter lifetime tier while the offer was open, and continue to govern that purchase.

Frogsline previously offered a limited “Early Supporter” purchase: a one-time payment in exchange for lifetime access to the Service as it is today and as features ship over time. By purchasing, you understood and agreed that:

• Frogsline is actively under development. Features described as “coming” or shown on the roadmap (including additional tickers, signal notifications, and native mobile applications) are aspirational and may be added, changed, or removed at any time. We do not commit to a specific delivery date or to delivering any particular feature.
• “Lifetime access” means free use of Frogsline for as long as we operate the Service — paid Early Supporters do not pay any monthly or annual fee for the duration. We make no guarantee regarding the continued availability, accuracy, or usefulness of the indicator.
• Your purchase is processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Refund policy. You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase via the contact form, no reason required. After 30 days, all sales are final.
• The Early Supporter offer was limited to 500 total purchases sold across two tiers (the first 250 at $99.99 each, the next 250 at $149.99 each).

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
